Our well-maintained grounds feature multiple driveways and access points, ensuring smooth traffic flow and easy movement of livestock. With convenient access to restroom and barn facilities, our fairgrounds provide a comfortable and convenient experience for both exhibitors and attendees. From the spacious Show Arena to the specialized livestock barns, we have the facilities you need to create a successful and memorable event.
Tipton County Show Arena
The Tipton County Show Arena is a versatile and spacious facility designed to accommodate a variety of livestock events. The arena can be used as one large show ring or conveniently divided into two smaller rings to accommodate multiple competitions. The arena features a high-quality sound system equipped with three microphones, allowing for clear communication between judges, exhibitors, and the announcer. To provide a secure and organized environment for awards and paperwork, the Junior Leaders concession stand has been transformed into a dedicated show office, complete with a sliding window for privacy and efficiency.

The Swine Barn
This swine barn is set up for up to 210 animals, and is conveniently located near the show arena, parking, and other barn facilities.

The Cattle, Goat, & Sheep Barn
This multi-use barn facility allows for flexible space for your upcoming show. It is nicely located next to the Swine Barn, and a short walk to the show arena. There are over 100 cattle tie out spots available for overnight stays. Parking and camping is nearby, offering an ideal situation for shows or layovers.
The Poultry & Rabbit Barn
This covered space allows for nice overflow cattle or swine pens, or can be used for a pavilion for other purposes.

Outdoor Arena
Our outdoor arena is ideal for your next horse show, rodeo, or equine event. It is conveniently located right next to a large grassy area for horse trailers and camping, as well as convenient access to brand new restroom facilities (2024).
Restroom Facilities
In 2024, we focused an effort to upgrade our outdoor restroom facilities. This not only serves our campground, but also our show arena and outdoor buildings. For those staying overnight, you will receive an access code to aid in safety and security of the facilities. These are cleaned daily.
